At AirBlush, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within our standard fulfilment timeframe. Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and any periods during which courier operations may be affected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Courier Partners

AirBlush uses trusted third-party courier providers, including:

  • Aramex Store-to-Door
  • The Courier Guy

The courier used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, and operational requirements.

  • Courier operational delays;

AirBlush shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

AirBlush will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional courier charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may require photographs, supporting documentation, or additional information to investigate the matter with the courier service.

Any claims relating to lost or damaged parcels will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Delivery Acceptance

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Customers should inspect their parcels upon receipt and notify AirBlush promptly of any issues.
